How do I reset my password?
Click on "Login" and then select "Forgot Password". Enter your email address and you'll receive instructions to reset your password.
Why can't I publish my map?
Make sure your QGIS project uses layers from your cloud database. Also check that all required plugins are installed and up to date.
How do I increase my database storage?
Free accounts have storage limits. Upgrade to Pro for more storage, or contact us for Enterprise solutions with custom limits.
Can I use custom domains?
Custom domain support is available for Pro and Enterprise plans. Contact support to configure your custom domain.
How do I share my map privately?
Private maps require a Pro or Enterprise subscription. After upgrading, you can set password protection and access controls in your map settings.
